Computer knowledge required: This is a follow-up course of the Access introduction course, and it is highly recommended that you have already completed that course.
You will learn how to further optimise a database and more about the design of tables for the database including input masks, default values, and validation of data. You will learn how to create relationships between tables, so that you can get combined information from more than one table. During the course you will learn how to make more complex queries and also learn how to perform calculations using a query by creating calculated controls. You will learn how to add nice features to a Form, including combo boxes and lists. You will also learn how to customize a Report so that you can use it as a summary.
