You will learn to send and receive e-mail, manage schedules, contacts, and tasks using Microsoft Outlook. You will learn how to send messages, including messages with attachments and voting buttons. You will also learn how to respond to messages. Then you will learn about the management of Appointments and Events. The scheduling and managing of Meetings is the next very important topic. Included in that chapter is how to work with meeting requests. You will also learn how to work with contacts and add their information into Outlook. Lastly you will learn how to manage a to-do list and your time by using tasks.
