For all the Theory Subjects, exams need to be written within 3 weeks of the end date of the course. Please arrange the exam date with the trainer.



Customers are the basis of any business.  The customer must therefore be treated like the company’s number one priority.  Quality Customer Service will teach you how interact with the customer on a professional level and how to treat them courteously.  You will learn how to dress and act professionally and courteously and above all understand basic customer needs.  The course is interactive, as you will participate in the practical part of the course.
