The primary objective of this course is to equip employees from all types of businesses/organisations with a basic knowledge of QM and to introduce them to some of the methods and techniques for the improvement of quality and overall operational performance.

The course covers selected aspects of:

Students will learn about the QM Model in order to understand the human components of, the tools and techniques for QM quality management system standards, and the management of change for TQM. This will enhance career opportunities by enabling students to analyse, organise and critically evaluate information and manage themselves in such a way that they can become more effective and efficient "quality" employees.

The course is applicable to all employees in businesses, organisations and other institutions that are considering introducing QM or have adopted QM as a means of improving their overall operational performance.
